[스크랩] theft alarm 배터리 교체

약 7-8년 정도 지나면 theft alarm 배터리의 수명이 다하는것 같습니다.

Kit를 교환하면 간단한데 50만원 이상의 비용이.

미국자료도 또 근처 회원님들의 예를봐도 까다롭지만 kit를 분해해서 배터리만 교체하면 된다는 결론.

물론 일반인은 어려워서 못합니다.

문제는 배터리. sanyo CR17335 3V와 똑같은 것을 구해야함. 비슷한것 또 전문가들이 똑 같은거라고

 

추천한것도 오래 쓰지 못함. 물론 한국에는 없고. 다른 나라에도 인터넷 상으로는 한곳에서만 판매.

어렵게 중국(홍콩에서 배송)에서 같은 모델이 있는것을 발견. 여차저차해서 내손에 들어옴. 6개를 주문

오전에 마산센타 전성일직장님께 방문.

세밀하게 배터리를 점검. (왜냐하면 포장상태가 찜찜)

일단 순정품을 모방해서 만든 조잡한배터리 같음.

혹시해서 배터리전압체크. 3V짜리 배터리 6개중 2개는 0.1V. 헉 ㅋ. 나머지 4개는 3.1~2 볼트.

 

암페어는 1800이 나와야되는데 기기가 없어 체크못함.

일단 전압값이 나오는 4개로 테스트 해봐야겠네요 ㅎ.. 정상적이라면 5-6년은 쓰야되는데. 어떨지???

인쇄등을 보면 조잡하게 만든 모방품으로 바로 확인되는데 품질적인 부분은 어떨런지 ㅋ. 잘 되길 빌며.

중국산 조금 거시기 하지만 한두달 쓰고 빼야되는 불상사가 없길 빌며 ~~  ㅎ

CR17335SE batteries have high capacity, but their current delivery is 8mA constant and up to

 100mA pulse. So it means that they will last long with minimal current draw, but will fail quick

 if you put it in high current demand application (like our siren modules)

 

Compared to that the original CR17335 (notice lack of "SE" at the end) had smaller capacity

 (1400mAh), but could provide much more current, with 1500mA continuous and a whopping

 3500mA pulse! This is enough to power a loud blaring siren for couple minutes (compared to

 SE batteries, which are enough to power digital clock if it is not illuminated)...

 

This is why CR17335SE batteries are not good for the job (FT only means they have solder feet)

 and will require replacing within several months, a year if you're lucky...

 

CR17335 would be perfect. But as previous people wrote, after long hours of online searching

 no one managed to find a source for those yet...

cr123a battery you mentioned will give you only 1300 mAh of current I believe so I don't think

 that will work very well

You can open the sealed unit - most people used either drill or dremel cutting tool and then

 glued it back together. However, with my experience so far I would go with BBA Reman and

 save myself frustration.

 

So far I tried:

- replace batteries with Sanyo CR17335SE - helped for about 4 months

- replace batteries with Panasonic equivalent- same current output characteristics,

   helped for about 2 months

- install external battery pack with 4 Energizer Lithium batteries (supposedly same high

   output profile as the original CR17335) - helped for about 6 months.
